I had a long phone conversation with an art writer for the NY Times who called to talk about my work and its inclusion in The College of New Rochelle’s 2012 Westchester Biennial. She is writing an article on the exhibition. We spoke for quite awhile and she asked some pretty pointed questions. She is also speaking with other artists so the piece isn’t centered around me or my work by any means. But it is nice to know that the work will be featured along with other artists work from the show. She asked for images of the two pieces in the show and cant guarantee they’ll be published as that decision is up to the photo editor. But again, nice to know of her interest in using the jpegs of the work. The two pieces in the show are RAMWAR and The Scream, both made in 2011.
So make sure to look in the metro section for an article on the 2012 Weschester Biennial.
